Conclusion
1. Most of the errors were caused by a lack of utterances. I have added all the utterances to the script and added a few more inspired by those utterances.
2. I have changed the system dialogue to be more to the point, as users found longer descriptive commands annoying. They felt more comfortable with instructions if they made an error.
3. The follow-up questions provided valuable information regarding “positive & negative” quotes and general insights.
4. Most users wanted to select a recipe with ingredients; thus, I added more of those utterances to the script.
5. There was a problem launching the skill as users asked Alexa for a recipe instead of opening Cook It.
6. Cook It needs three kinds of prompts, novice for first-time user promo, Standard Prompt, and Tapered for returning user prompt.
